In
case a student is absent from school at the end of the month,
then parents can come and collect the challan form from the respective
Section Head. However, if the challan form is issued to the student
or parent and they have lost it, then they should contact the
Accounts office and get a new challan form after paying a fine
Rs.10/- per challan.
The fees are collected in the
bank from 1st to 15th of each month. However, from 16th to 20th
of each month, bank will collect the fees with Rs. 10 per day.
This fine will be charged in the next month’s fees. After
the 20th of the month, bank will not receive any fees. For example,
if the school fees is Rs. 400/- per month and you pay the fees
on the 16th of the month, then in the current month bank will
take Rs.400/-but the fee challan for the next month will be
for Rs 410/-.
The bank will not take any fees
from 21st of each month.
If due to some special circumstances,
parents are unable to deposit the current month’s fees,
then the subsequent month they will pay fees for two months
plus a fine of Rs.100/- Parents must deposit the fees in the
specified dates otherwise the student will not be allowed to
attend school.
