Academy has a well qualified management team. The members have
different subject specializations and are well equipped with knowledge
in the areas of education techniques, classroom & school management,
organizational development, human resources management and information
technology.
 The
school has a staff of over one hundred teachers in four different
academic sections. All staff members are qualified with Bachelors
and Masters Degrees. Most of them have specializations in specific
subject area(s). The teachers are only hired after they have demonstrated
the right ability and knowledge to teach. Each job candidate has
to take a written test and also demonstrate instruction ability
and classroom control by teaching a class for assessment purposes.
